Cancellation Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to cancel

To cancel, simply email us at alexisarnalpro@gmail.com with your order number, stating that you wish to cancel. You do not need to use a specific form, though you're welcome to simply say "I wish to cancel order [number]".

3. Exceptions to the right to cancel

Because our products are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, your right to cancel an order after delivery is lost once a bottle's seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described. You may still cancel before your order is dispatched, or return an unopened, sealed product within the return window described in our Returns Policy.

4. Cancelling a subscription

If you are on a Subscribe & Save plan, you can cancel future deliveries at any time before your next billing date, at no cost, via your account or by contacting alexisarnalpro@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges and deliveries; it does not automatically refund orders already dispatched.

5. What happens next

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm it and process any refund due in line with our Refund Policy.
