my-alvea.com is operated by ALX Vision Company Ltd, trading as Alvéa Flow, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16914288, with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

4. Our products

Alvéa Flow products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm that your order has been dispatched, not when we accept payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (for example, due to stock issues or a pricing error), in which case you will receive a full refund.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices for UK customers are shown in British pounds (£ GBP). We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before dispatching your order. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and other payment methods shown at checkout.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

9. Subscriptions

Where you subscribe to recurring deliveries (Subscribe & Save), you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each billing interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fee.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the Alvéa Flow brand, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our permission.

11. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law and your rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer habitually resident elsewhere in the UK, you remain entitled to the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of that part of the UK that cannot be contracted out of.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
