Shipping & Delivery
We want your Alvéa Flow order to reach you smoothly, wherever you are. Here is everything you need to know about processing, shipping and delivery.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. United Kingdom

Free Standard Delivery is applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches £30 — no discount code needed. Express Delivery remains a paid option even when Standard Delivery is free.
3. France

As with the UK, free Standard Delivery is applied automatically once your order reaches €30, and Express Delivery remains a paid upgrade.
4. European Union
We currently ship Standard Delivery to Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Ireland.

Express Delivery to these countries is not yet available — we're confirming real carrier costs before offering it. Other EU countries may be served on request; please contact us to check availability for your country.
5. International shipping
We are reviewing shipping options for destinations such as the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand, including realistic carrier transit times, customs requirements and costs. Delivery options and estimates for these destinations will be confirmed and published here before being relied upon — please contact us if you'd like to check current availability for your country.
6. Tracking
All Standard and Express orders include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
7. Customs, VAT and import charges
Orders are shipped from the EU. For UK orders under £135, UK import VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, in line with UK import rules, and no further charges should apply on delivery. For UK orders of £135 or more, VAT and any customs duties may be collected by the courier before your parcel is released. For deliveries within the EU, no customs charges apply. We recommend checking your local customs rules if you are ordering from outside the UK or EU.
8. Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances outside our control — customs checks, courier delays or adverse weather, for example. The windows above are estimates, not guarantees, and we'll do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.
9. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with our shipping partner and put things right.
